Will you ever contact our clients?
No. We will never contact your clients directly. These are your clients and we will only deal directly with you, the agency. Nothing we produce carries our branding unless you ask for it.
Can our clients log in themselves?
Yes if you want them to. You can keep the portal internal and export the data, or give a client visibility of their own placements only.
What are your agency rates?
Placements start from £100 with volume discounts from ten links a month. Rates depend on niche, DR and content requirements - ask for the full rate card.
How fast can you turn links around?
Most pitches land within a few days of a request, and approved placements typically go live within 7 to 14 days depending on the publication.
Is there a minimum order or contract?
No. You can buy a single link with no ongoing agreement. Volume discounts start at ten links a month, and monthly packages can be paused whenever you need.
How does payment work?
No card is taken in the platform. We invoice per order or monthly once placements are confirmed, payable within 7 days. Larger monthly programmes can be invoiced in one consolidated invoice per month.
How quickly can you scale if we land a big client?
Straight away. There is no ramp up period or onboarding queue. Send the brief and we start pitching against it immediately, whether that is ten links a month or a hundred.
Would you place two competing clients on the same publisher?
Not without telling you. If a site we are pitching already hosts a link for a competitor in your client's niche and location, we flag it before you approve the placement and you decide whether to take it or swap to an alternative. Almost nobody in this market answers that question, so we make it explicit.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not happy with a placement, we will review it and either replace the link or refund you in full.
What happens if links drop?
If links go offline, we are notified and we will either replace the link or provide a full refund.
Can I pause the service?
Per link, there is no ongoing agreement. With monthly packages, yes, you can pause anytime.
